Landlord & letting agents

Compliance for your whole portfolio — not one-off certificates.

EICRs are a legal duty for rented property — required at least every 5 years, with penalties for non-compliance. Alongside that, businesses have a duty of care over portable appliances and emergency lighting, checked annually.

Rather than selling you a certificate at a time, we run annual compliance packages across your entire portfolio. We audit your renewal dates, schedule the work in batches, and remind you before the next one is due. Same work, far more predictable for the agent — and the per-property rate improves with portfolio size.

EICR — every 5 years

A legal duty for rented property. We inspect and test the fixed wiring and issue a clear report, with any faults listed for remedial work.

PAT testing — annually

Testing of the appliances you supply, with a record you can show at inspection. The practical standard for commercial premises is yearly.

Emergency lighting — annually

Annual checks of emergency and escape lighting for commercial units and HMOs, documented so you can show your duty of care is met.

Per-property rates are quoted on portfolio size — send us your property list and we'll come back with pricing and a schedule.

How it works

From first call to certificate — handled end to end.

For landlords & agents

01

Send us your property list

Email or call with your portfolio — addresses and any dates you already have. No spreadsheets to build, no forms to fill in.

02

We audit the renewal dates

We work out what is due, what is coming up and what is overdue, then build a schedule that fits around your tenancies.

03

We schedule and carry out the work

We book the visits in batches across your portfolio, turn up when we say we will, and keep you updated throughout.

04

You get certificates and a reminder

Certificates are issued promptly after each visit. Before the next due date we contact you, so nothing ever slips through the net.

For one-off jobs

You get the relevant certificate promptly on completion, and a reminder before the next one is due.

FAQ

Questions homeowners, agents and landlords ask.

By law, a rental property must have a valid EICR at least every 5 years, or at the start of a new tenancy if the previous one has expired. The report covers the condition of the fixed wiring — sockets, switches, the consumer unit, bonding and all circuits — and flags any faults against current safety standards. We issue a clear pass/fail report with any remedial work listed.
